These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and luck63 (hereinafter referred to as "luck63", "we", "us" or "the Platform"), an internationally operated online sports betting and live casino service accessible at the domain luck63.cam.
By registering an account on luck63, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager — whether on sports markets, live casino, slot games or any other product offered by luck63 — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Registration on luck63 is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the applicable minimum age to engage in gambling activities. luck63 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
Each User is permitted to hold one active Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. luck63 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets and forfeit all balances in such Accounts without notice.
The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on luck63:
To register an Account on luck63, a User must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
luck63 operates a mandatory KYC process. Users may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of Account operation, and specifically before any withdrawal request is processed:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username and password. luck63 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password. luck63 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted on an Account is the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.
luck63 grants registered Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content.
The Platform is intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use of individual Users placing genuine wagers for entertainment purposes. Any use of the Platform for commercial gain, systematic exploitation of bonuses, or any activity that disrupts the fair operation of games or markets is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their device, internet connection and software meet the minimum technical requirements to operate the Platform. luck63 is not responsible for connectivity failures, device malfunctions or network interruptions that affect User activity on the Platform.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. All deposit methods, minimum deposit amounts (illustrative example: PKR 1,000) and any applicable processing conditions will be displayed within the Account cashier section. luck63 does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual reference only. They do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any such payment provider or financial institution, nor a representation that such methods are available as deposit channels on luck63 at any given time.
Withdrawal requests are processed after successful completion of KYC verification and after all applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been met. luck63 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
The Platform displays account balances and bonus values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual underlying account currency and exchange rates applicable to any transaction will be displayed within the Account cashier. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.
All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available by luck63 are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, game contribution rates, maximum bet during bonus play, bonus expiry period and any maximum cash-out limit will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.
luck63 prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through systematic wagering patterns, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or any other activity that luck63 deems, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of its promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, luck63 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the Account without prior notice.
luck63 reserves the right to accept, decline, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to wagers placed after an event has concluded, wagers placed at erroneous odds, or wagers placed in violation of these Terms. Acceptance of a wager by the Platform does not guarantee its settlement in the Player's favour.
In the event of a technical error, system fault, incorrect odds publication or manifest pricing error on any market, luck63 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant User Accounts. luck63 accepts no liability for errors caused by third-party data providers or network infrastructure failures.
luck63 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and relevant authorities in relation to the monitoring and reporting of suspected match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sporting corruption. Any wager suspected to be linked to corrupt activity will be voided and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck63 Platform:
Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.

The collection, processing and storage of personal data submitted by Users in the course of registering and using the luck63 Platform is governed by the luck63 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. luck63 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC and AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and the delivery of responsible gambling services. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck63 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
luck63 does not represent or warrant that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan, and expressly disclaims any representation that operation of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for their compliance with applicable local laws including, without limitation, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
luck63 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform policy or operational considerations. Where amendments are material, luck63 will provide reasonable notice via Platform notification, email or other appropriate channel.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, request Account closure by contacting [email protected].
